- Annual plans lock in your seat count for 12 months (you can add seats anytime, but you can't reduce them until renewal). Compare the columns for each plan.
- Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime. Microsoft charges more for that flexibility.
- "You save" compares the annual, paid-monthly price with Microsoft's MSRP for the same term. Copilot is an add-on and needs a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. It isn't offered month-to-month.
